Frank has now built two homes for us over the years and we trust ARS to do the job right and on time. The quality we saw in our first home and the integrity demonstrated in how Frank runs ARS are important factors in choosing ARS for our second home. We also like that we had one point of contact for the entire project, the home, seawall and new dock.

It was a lot of work because we really did not know fully what we wanted when we started. Some friends recommended Frank and it was a great decision. Frank has lots of experience and could lead us through everything from beginning to end. Very quickly he had us meet with the design team and we worked through our vision of our new home and they distilled it into very real terms. We took a bit of time working out the design with them and we learned a lot.

They made it a creative experience and they kept saying the more time we spend working out the details up front the better things will go after and they were right. I can see how each step of the way things fell into place because they were so thorough in the beginning. Best thing is when it was all done we had exactly what we wanted, on time and on budget!

Great crew, conscientious and responsive. We had a section of seawall crumbling and erosion threatening our pool. ARS got to work right away and solved our problem. They also showed us several options that made our dockage arrangement work better and gave us more usable space on the dock.
